As a design leader, I want all the projects I’m involved in to be centered around PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST. This means producing digital experiences that give people comfort and not frustration in using them. Designing brick-and-mortar spaces that engage all 5 of the human senses. It means my involvement in promoting human decency and care during the customer experience journey.
